What Happens When You Call? |
Calling a help line is a big step on the road to recovery. Our staff will answer all your questions about our alcohol and drug rehabilitation programs, the disease of addiction and its impact on you and your loved ones.
To help ease any concerns and uncertainty about this initial phone call, read what to expect when you dial the 24 hour help line number:
- When you call, our counselors will guide you through a brief, confidential assessment.
- You will be talking to someone that has a vested interest in your recovery because they themselves have had their lives effected one way or another with alcohol and drug abuse.
- Your phone call will not be recorded.
- In reviewing your assessment and your insurance information, the counselor will determine the most appropriate level of care for you.
Remember, this phone call is free and will remain completely private.
